When purchasing from Green Crates your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology. 128-bit SSL encryption is the current industry standard. Credit Card Payment
We do have the ability to accept credit card details for payment. We do not store these details – they are handled by our third-party merchant provider eWay (eway.com.au), and are subject to eWay’s terms and conditions. All security measures of Customer credit card details are handled by eWay.
All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax) as of 01.05.19.
Product prices are regularly updated when price changes are received from our suppliers.
Shipping and Delivery Policy
CBD (4000 & 6000 postcode)
Due to parking and building access restrictions we charge a set fee of $90 for delivery and an additional $90 for collection.
Zone 1. Local Area(Postcodes within a 20Km radius of the branch)
We deliver products within the local area of each branch, or you can pick up the goods from our warehouse. Delivery costs are free if the order value is $120 or more, when the order total is less than $120 we charge $35 per delivery / collection.
Zone 2 (Postcodes within a 21 – 30Km radius of the branch) Order Value: $0 – $119.99 = $60 per delivery / collection
Order Value:$120 or more = $45 per delivery / collection
Zone 3 (Postcodes within a 31 – 40Km radius of the branch)
Order Value:$0 – $119.99 = $80 per delivery / collection
Order Value:$120 or more = $60 per delivery / collection
Zone 4 (Postcodes within a 41 – 60Km radius of the branch)
Order Value:$0 – $119.99 = $110 per delivery / collection
Order Value:$120 or more = $80 per delivery / collection
Beyond Zone 4 (Postcodes more than 60Km radius of the branch) For areas outside the 60km radius our website will need to calculate the extra delivery cost. Please call our office should you require delivery outside of our standard delivery zones.
Orders are usually delivered during Business hours Monday to Friday within 2 business days.
Customer Service Policy
Green Crates is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 1-2 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. If you change your mind or need to cancel your order there will be a $25 fee to cover the admin costs and bank / card fees. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or doesn’t perform as advertised.
