Why are crates better than boxes?

Plastic crates have a myriad of uses:

  • They are environmentally friendly and can be recycled
  • Crates are sturdier and do not crush regardless of how full or empty
  • They protect your items better as they are stronger and can withstand poor weather conditions
  • When used with our skates the crates are easier to move and load, saving you time
  • Hiring crates is less expensive than buying boxes

Can I collect and return?

Yes definitely our Perth branch is at 21 Munt Street, Bayswater.

Our Brisbane branch is at Unit 21/37 Mortimer Road, Acacia Ridge.

Please call the office on 1300 970 345 to confirm the branch is attended prior to collection. Our normal hours of business are 8.30am to 4.00pm Monday to Friday

Where do you deliver to?

Our system can calculate deliveries up to 60Km from a branch. If you require a quote for delivery that isn’t recognised by the system please call the office on 1300 970 345 for a quote for the delivery fee.

Do I need to be in to take delivery?

We recommend being in to take delivery as you do take full responsibility for loss or damage once the goods have been delivered.

What do I do if I want to keep the equipment longer?

Simply email sales@greencrates.com.au or call the office on 1300 970 345 to advise us how much longer you need them. We can quickly advise if there is an extra charge.

Can I return the equipment early?

Yes, however there is no refund for early returns. Simply email sales@greencrates.com.au or call the office on 1300 970 345 to organise.

What should I do if hired equipment is lost or damaged?

Please contact the office on 1300 970 345. A replacement fee will be charged to your credit card.

How much does it cost for delivery and collection?

Zone 1 (up to 20Km – excluding the CBD)

Orders $0 – $119.99 = $35 per delivery / collection. $120 or more = Free delivery & collection

Zone 2 (c20 – 30Km)

Orders $0 – $119.99 = $60 per delivery / collection. $120 or more = $45 per delivery / collection

Zone 3 (c30 – 40Km)

Orders $0 – $119.99 = $80 per delivery / collection. $120 or more = $60 per delivery / collection

Zone 4 (c40 – 60Km)

Orders $0 – $119.99 = $110 per delivery / collection. $120 or more = $80 per delivery / collection

For customers in a CBD or in an apartment building there is a surcharge of $90 for delivery and collection due to the access difficulties and parking restrictions.

Please note Deliveries & Collections are done Monday to Friday between 8:30am & 4pm. If you need the crates delivered or collected outside of these times the following charges will apply:

After Hours Monday to Friday – $50 per trip

Saturday & Sunday – $200 per trip

Do you take payment other than credit card?

We do require a credit card as security on the equipment, however we can take cash, debit cards or direct transfers to pay for the invoice , simply call us on 1300 970 345 to organise.

Will I receive a tax invoice?

Yes, you will be sent this via return email as confirmation of your order.
