Payment Queries

Will I receive a tax invoice?

Yes, you will be sent this via return email as confirmation of your order.

Do you take payment other than credit card?

Definitely, we can take cash or direct transfers, simply call us on 1300 970 345 to organize. ( We will require a credit card as security on the equipment)

Delivery Queries

What happens if I lose or damage any of the equipment?

A replacement fee will be charged to your credit card, Please contact us for further information.

Can I return the equipment early?

Yes, however there is no refund for early returns. Simply call the office on 1300 970 345 to organize.

Do I need to be in to take delivery?

It’s not necessary if you have somewhere safe & accessible to leave the delivery, however we would recommend it as you do take full responsibility for loss or damage once the goods have been delivered.

Do you delivery outside the Perth Metro area?

Yes, please call the office on 1300 970 345 for a quote for the delivery fee.

When will I receive the order?

Usually within 1-2 business days of ordering unless you have specified a date during the order process.

How much does it cost for delivery and collection?

It’s free for orders over $120 ( Residential Orders only Metro Area) & a low fixed fee of $27.50 for orders under $120 ( Metro Area).

Please note Delivery & Collections are done Monday to Friday between 9am & 4pm. If you need the crates delivered or collected outside of these times the following charges will apply:

  • After Hours Monday to Friday – $50 per trip
  • Saturday & Sunday – $200 per trip

For Business customers in the CBD an extra charge of $90 applies due to the access difficulties / parking restrictions.

Can I collect rather than having them delivered?

Yes definitely our warehouse is at 21 Munt Street, Bayswater or Unit 21/37  Mortimer Road, Acacia Ridge QLD. Please call the office on 1300 970 345 to confirm the warehouse is attended prior to collection. Our normal hours of business are 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday

What happens if I need to keep the equipment longer?

Simply email us or call the office to advise us how much longer you need them.

Box vs Crates Queries

Why use crates?

Plastic crates have a myriad of uses.

  • They are environmentally friendly and can be recycled
  • Reusable
  • Crates are sturdier and do not crush regardless of how full or empty
  • They protect your items better as they are stronger and can withstand the elements
  • When used with our skates the crates are easier to move and load, saving you time
  • Hiring crates is less expensive than buying boxes
